Jacksonville Beach, Florida

Jax Beach Town Center is a two story mixed use building located in the heart of Jacksonville Beach, Florida. It is approximately 25,000 sq. ft. and consists of 4 potential tenant spaces. The design and layout was conceived to allow for flexibility to combine the first and second floor spaces to serve one tenant. This is an urban infill project with the building located on a corner lot which gives the project a tremendous amount of street presence. The project is one contiguous building that is bisected down the middle with an outdoor courtyard and circulation corridor. The courtyard creates an opportunity to direct natural light throughout the interior spaces. The second floor has two large outdoor patio spaces that are well suited for a restaurant/ bar concept. The design aesthetic is contemporary with simple clean lines and four primary materials, stucco, glass, metal panels, and ipe accents. This will be an iconic building well suited to the vibrant Jacksonville Beach city center.
