Mellow Mushroom Avondale combines an existing 3,400 square foot building and a new 4,200 square foot addition.  There are 21 on-site parking spaces.

The restaurant has 204 seats with a full kitchen, bar, and covered outdoor patio. The building is located in a historic neighborhood and great amount of attention was given to the primary façade so as to blend with the existing streetscape. The building has three distinct sections to break down the scale of the primary façade.
