Ovinte Wine Lounge, located at the St. John’s Towncenter, is among the first independently owned and operated businesses in the area.  The project consisted of the renovation of an Original Pancake House.

The directive was to create a warm, sexy environment to relax, drink, and eat. In addition to the large lounge seating area, the space contains dining, full kitchen, private wine lockers, retail with enomatic wine machines, and a tasting room for private or introductory wine tastings. The patio offers traditional and lounge seating, a large covered trellis, bocce court, and garden.
