The new 3,000 sq.ft. contemporary home is located in Neptune beach, Florida. The home is constructed of ICF exterior walls and hollow core floors / roof which is extremely energy efficient. The home is two stories with a rooftop party deck and consists of three bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths. It is located on a modest sized site where we maximized the allowable building area. The main living space on the second floor has a large operable glass door unit that opens onto a deck.

A large portion of the roof top was designed for a party deck that is accessed by the primary staircase. The rooftop deck has an exterior fireplace and outstanding views of the Atlantic Ocean. The house was designed to have a future elevator that will extend to the rooftop.
